What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style, color mixed. There is no maximum order quantity and price may vary by order volume.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Prices are EXW, and shipping cost is paid by the client. For Europe, shipping company contacts can be shared if required.
What is the order process?
Contact us by WhatsApp or email, send company information, place the order with product pictures, colors and quantity, then receive invoice and production confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Online orders are paid by bank transfer. Customers visiting the Prato showroom and factory can discuss other accepted payment methods.
